MARGARET HIGGINS
Margaret Elizabeth Higgins, 70, of Blacksville, WV died Wednesday, November 4, 2020 in Morgantown.
She was born August 13, 1950 in Morgantown, a daughter of the late William Allen Kisner and Margaret Grace Barnes Kisner.
Margaret was a loving homemaker.
Surviving are two sons, Joshua Kisner of Baltimore, MD and Robert “Bob” Matteo of Morgantown; one daughter, Carrie Lestz of Baltimore, MD; one brother, John Kisner of Reedsville; one sister, Frances Bailey of Morgantown; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Phillip Rodney Higgins, who died on March 29, 2020; two brothers, Ronald Kisner and Cecil Kisner; and one sister, Lila Rose.
At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated. A celebration of life service will be held in the future.
The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville, WV is in charge of the arrangements.
