TINA KAYE RABER

          Tina Kaye Raber, 69, of Spraggs, PA died Monday, April 8, 2024 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.

          She was born March 19, 1955, a daughter of the late Freddie “Carley” McCoy and Nova Sue Roush Skinner Six.

          Tina was a site supervisor for several different senior centers in Pennsylvania.  She was a protestant by faith.

          Surviving is her husband, Charles A. Raber; one daughter, Misty Henard of Blacksville; one brother, Austin Bond of Danville, VA; two grandchildren, Addison Ammons and Austin Ammons; one step-granddaughter, Brianna Henard; and two great-grandchildren, Parker Ammons and Aiden Ammons.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four siblings; Ronald White, Mark Skinner, Douglas Skinner, and Renee Tharp.

          Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 4:30 to 8:00 PM on Thursday, April 11, 2024.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Friday, April 12, 2024, with Pastor John Brosky officiating.  Interment will follow in the Blacksville Cemetery.
