NETTIE GREATHOUSE

          Nettie Greathouse, 89, formerly of Burton, WV died Monday, February 27, 2023 in the Genesis Center in New Martinsville.

          She was born October 15, 1933 at Wileyville, WV, a daughter of the late James Greathouse and Ola Greathouse Greathouse.

          Nettie worked for many years for Richard Schnacke doing craft work.  She was a member of the Low Gap Community Church.

          Surviving is one sister, Mary Jane Hawkins of New Martinsville; and many nieces and nephews.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, Dutch Greathouse and Jake Greathouse; and four sisters, Madge Baker, Gladys Burdine, Ruth Greathouse, and Agnes Greathouse who died as a child.

          Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred from 11:00 AM until the 1:00 PM service hour on Friday, March 3, 2023.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.  Interment will follow in the Dulaney Cemetery at Wileyville.
