ELIZABETH CAROLYN ROUPE

Elizabeth Carolyn Roupe, 82, of Waynesburg, PA died Friday, June 30, 2023 at Washington Health System Greene in Waynesburg, PA.

She was born July 10, 1940 at Blacksville, WV, a daughter of the late Cephus Tennant and Wilda Moore Tennant.

Mrs. Roupe was a homemaker.

Surviving are three sons, Gerald Eric Roupe of New Freeport, PA, Andrew Todd Roupe of Blacksville, WV, and Randall Mark Roupe of Martin, TN; eleven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren; siblings, Greta Isiminger, Linda Lemley, Sallie Henderson, and Garnet Martin; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Donald Roupe who died January 31, 2021; two sons, Cephus Lee Roupe and Donal Gregory Roupe; one great-grandchild; and siblings, Jerry Tennant, Joey Tennant, Mike Tennant, and Scott Tennant.

At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated and there will not be any services.

The cremains will be buried in Greene County Memorial Park at a later date.

The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
