CHARLES E. “CHUCK” SAXON, III

          Charles E. “Chuck” Saxon, III, 64, of Daybrook, died November 5, 2024 at his residence.

          He was born July 8, 1960 in Buford, SC, a son of the late Charles E. Saxon, Jr. and Nancy Louise Lewis Saxon.

          Chuck worked most of his life as a carpet installer.

          Surviving are two sons, Charles E. Saxon, IV of Greensboro, PA and Randy B. Saxon of Washington state; one brother, David Richard “Rickie” Saxon of Daybrook; three sisters, Charlene Bell Mitchell of Dilliner, PA, Nanette Kimberly Crider of Fairmont, and Melanie Hope Mills of Sabraton; and several grandchildren.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Penny T. McCary; brother, Randy E. Saxon who died as an infant; and William Kevin Heston, who was an adopted brother.

          Services are pending with the Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville.  Please keep checking the website as we will post service arrangements when they are available.
