RICHARD LEE MILLER

          Richard Lee Miller, 90, of Brave, PA died Sunday, January 19, 2025 in We Care at Rolling Meadows in Waynesburg, PA.

          He was born January 5, 1935 at Waynesburg, PA, a son of the late Homer F. Miller and Margaret Viola Zimmerman Miller.

          Mr. Miller worked for Accurate Foraging in Brave, PA for more than 33 years and at the time of his retirement he was a trim press operator.

          He attended the Kents Chapel United Methodist Church in Brave, PA.

          Surviving is his wife, Mary Fletcher Miller; one son Richard Lee Miller, Jr. and his wife Theresa of Blacksville; two daughters, Deborah Miller of Morgantown and Kathy (Rob) Miller of Waynesburg, PA; two brothers, Lloyd Miller and James Miller both of Jefferson, PA; one sister, Patty Celli of Jefferson, PA; five grandchildren, Chris (Celine) Miller, Tyler Duke, Brittany Miller, Jamie (Aven) Brummage, and Brittany (Jon) Furr; and four great-grandchildren, David, Anthony, Ryan, and Myles.

          In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four sisters, Mary Jo Wright, Ruby Fisher, Helen Efaw, and Linda Hopkins; and three brothers, Ronnie Miller, Eugene Miller, and Homer Miller.

          The family would like to thank the family of WeCare at Rollings Meadows for their love and care of our husband and father during his stay there.

          At the request of the deceased all services will be private.  He will be buried in the Olive Cemetery at Pentress, WV.  The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
