ANNA MARIE WILSON

          Anna Marie Wilson, 67, of Spraggs, PA died Friday, May 10, 2024 at her residence.

          She was born December 22, 1956 at Waynesburg, PA, a daughter of the late Clyde Wilson and Margaret Holt Simpson Wilson.

          Marie worked as an Executive Secretary for West Virginia University in Morgantown.

          She was a member of the Claughton Chapel United Methodist Church.

          Surviving is her significant other, Cathy Brooks; and numerous nieces and nephews.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, George Simpson and William L. “Bill” Simpson, and three sisters, Lottie Belle Shellie, Mary Simpson Metz, and Grethel Simpson.

          At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated.

          The Owen-Neely Funeral Home in Blacksville is in charge of arrangements.
