BOBBY J. PHILLIPS
Bobby J. Phillips, 86, of Hundred, WV died Wednesday, December 21, 2022 in J. W. Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown.
He was born January 27, 1936 at Kodol, WV, a son of the late John H. Phillips and Rebecca Estelle Park Phillips.
Mr. Phillips was retired from the United States Army where he worked at the Aberdeen Proving Grounds. He was a United States Marine veteran who had served from 1954 to 1955.
Bob attended the Solid Rock Baptist Church at Hundred.
Surviving is his wife, Lorna Zoe Lough Phillips; one nephew and his wife, Ben and Shayna Phillips of Hundred; one niece and her husband, Zoe Ann Brasfield and her husband Reginald of Bentonville, Arkansas; one great-nephew, Jaxson Phillips; and one great-niece, Jaelyn Phillips.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, William B. Phillips.
A graveside service will be held at 1:00 PM on Monday, December 26, 2022 with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating at the Yost Cemetery near Hundred.
The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV is in charge of arrangements.
