DELMUS TUSTIN
Delmus Neil Tustin, 82, of Hundred, died Thursday, September 19, 2024 at his residence.
He was born February 4, 1942 at Hundred, a son of the late Ray “Newt” Tustin and Aline Postlethwait Tustin.
Mr. Tustin was a retired boilermaker. He was a veteran of the United States Army. Delmus had served as the commander of the Earl Kiger American Legion Post #120 in Hundred for more than 30 years. He recently received his membership pin as he had been a member of the post for 60 years.
Surviving are one son & spouse, Jeffery Tustin and his wife Peggy of Hundred; three brothers and their spouses, Dale & Karen Tustin, Johnny & Cathy Tustin, and Roger Tustin, all of Hundred; two sisters and their spouses, Janet Carter of Folsom and Susie & Danny Tennant of Hundred; several grandchildren and several great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by four brothers, Michael Tustin, Vernon Tustin, Terry Tustin, and Vincent Tustin; and one sister, Carol Abercrombie.
A graveside service will be held at 1:30 on Sunday September 22, 2024 at the Oak Forest Cemetery near Hundred with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating. Delmus will be laid to rest with full military honors.
The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
