Larry Joe Church, age 70, formerly of Hundred, WV died on Monday, May 28, 2007 in Tulsa at the OSU Medical Center.
Joe was born February 24, 1937 a son of the late Gladys and Chauncey Church.
Joe was a pipeline foreman and a long time member, since 1960, of the Operating Engineers Local 627.
On March 18, 1982, he married Carol Baker in Eufaula, Oklahoma. In addition to his wife, he is survived by daughters, Linda Kennedy and her husband Sean of Cookson, Oklahoma; Tina Light of Tahlequah, Oklahoma, Lisa Herndon of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Wanda Zook and her husband Butch of California; sons, Albert McCutchan and wife Michelle of Eufaula, Oklahoma, Troy Church of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Ricky McCutchan and wife Sheri of Checotah, Oklahoma and Guy Urbanoski of Colorado; grandchildren, Jeremy Herndon, Dakota Kennedy, Michael Church, C. J. Light, Lauren McCutchan, Leekelli Kennedy, Karlie Herdon, Riley Light, Houston Herdon, Taylor Church, Brooks Kennedy, Reese McCutchan, Gena and Erik Zook, numerous great-grandchildren and many special friends and co-workers.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Jim Church who died in 1989. He was loved dearly and will be missed by all who know him!
Funeral services were held on May 31, 2007 at the Kelley Memorial Chapel with Dr. Bruce Sanders officiating. The Ft Sill Honor Guard permormed military honors.
The Hunn, Black & Merritt Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
