LENA ANN WRIGHT

          Lena Ann Wright, 87, of Ambridge, PA, died Sunday, January 22, 2023 at the Caring Heights Rehab Center in Coraopolis, PA.

          She was born June 12, 1935 in Daybrook, WV, a daughter of the late Terry Eddy and Lelia McCord Eddy.

          Mrs. Wright was a homemaker.  She was a member of the Daybrook Church of Christ and last attended the New Life Assembly of God in Conway, PA.

          Surviving is one son, Russell Wright of Ambridge, PA; one daughter, Brenda Cain of Ambridge, PA; four brothers, Denzil Eddy, Joe Eddy, Melvin Eddy, and Ora Eddy; one sister, Donna Lemmon; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Edward D. Wright; three sisters, Winona Roupe, Barbara White, and Emelia Polansky; and one brother who died as an infant, Jacob Eddy.

          Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 10:00 AM until the 1:00 PM service hour on Friday, January 27, 2023.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.  Interment will follow in the Blacksville Cemetery.
