MARK E. NEELY
Mark Elwood Neely, 66, of Hundred, WV died Saturday, July 22, 2023 at his residence.
He was born July 13, 1957 at New Martinsville, WV, a son of Raymona Yocum Cosgray and the late Challen Neely.
Mark was a graduate of Hundred High School in the class of 1976.
In the late 70’s and early 80’s he worked in Moundsville for City Service which was a carbon plant. In the early 80’s he began working as a railroad contractor. He was member of the Laborers Union until his retirement in 2020.
He loved hunting, fishing, and the outdoors.
Surviving is his mother, Raymona Cosgray; step-father, Ronald Cosgray; one brother, Robert (Bob) Cosgray; one niece, Chelsea Cosgray; one nephew, Brandon Cosgray; and several aunts and uncles and a host of friends.
He was preceded in death by his partner of over 30 years, Sylvia Stoneking.
Friends may call at the Tennant Funeral Home, 2678 Hornet Highway, Hundred, WV from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM on Tuesday, July 25, 2023. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 7:30 PM with Evangelist Steve Stevens officiating.
Following the services his body will be cremated.
