NANCY JANE ALLEN

          Nancy Jane Allen, 64, of Core, WV died Saturday, July 1, 2023 in the Mon Health Medical Center in Morgantown.

          She was born January 14, 1959 at Colorado Springs, Colorado a daughter of Albert Connor of Days Run and the late Sarah McCauley Connor.

          Ms. Allen had worked most of her life as a clerk and cashier.  She was Baptist by faith.

          Surviving are two sons and their spouses, Richard S. Allen and his wife Jessica of Blacksville and Raymond L. Allen and his wife Meggan of Daybrook; one granddaughter, Emma Allen; one sister, Rose Shisler of Days Run; and her ex-husband, Richard Allen of Pentress.

          Friends may call at the Owen-Neely Funeral Home, 5894 Mason-Dixon Highway, Blacksville, WV from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, July 5, 2023.  Funeral services will be held in the funeral home at 1:00 PM Thursday with Pastor Kevin Arcola officiating.  Interment will follow in the Hibbs Cemetery at Pentress.
