NORMA JEAN SATTERFIELD

          Norma Jean Satterfield, 86, of Hundred, WV died Thursday, November 24, 2022 at her residence in the Lillian Apartments.

          She was born September 1, 1936 at Mannington, a daughter of the late Leo Wright and Loretta Glasscock Wright.

          Norma worked taking care of the elderly in their homes and over the years worked for many people.  She was a very giving and caring person.  She enjoyed reading and loved the time that she got to spend with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

          She was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Fairmont.  She was very strong in her faith.

          Surviving is one son, Alan Satterfield of Thompson, Ohio; one daughter, Diann Stanley of Hundred; one brother, Donald Wright of Mt. Airy, NC; two sisters, Josephine Cyphert of Masontown, PA and Louise Shuba of Washington, PA; and six grandchildren and ten great-greatgrandchild.

          In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Edward Wright.

          At the request of the deceased her body will be cremated.  The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred, WV is in charge of arrangements.
