Ruth Ann Mackey Wade, 70, of Littleton, WV went to heaven on June 18, 2015 in Ruby Memorial Hospital in Morgantown with her loved ones by her side.
She was born in Littleton on April 30, 1945.
Surviving is her husband, Edward Wade; three daughters, Bobbie Jean Wade, Marcy Ann Wade, and Amy Christine Wade and her son-in-law, Christopher C. Morris; two grandchildren that she helped raise, Taylor Nicole Pyles and Christopher Lee Morris and his girlfriend Courtney Jones; all of Littleton; one sister and her husband, Mary Jo Core and her husband John of Florida; and one brother, Paul Mackey of Littleton.
Ruth was preceded in death by the father of her children and her first husband, Raymond Elwood Wade; her parents, Paul “Tanny” Mackey and Vivian Garrison Mackey; one sister, Margaret Miller; and her beloved dog and companion “Brandy”.
Mrs. Wade was a protestant by faith and was a homemaker. She loved to play games on her phone and Facebook family and friends.
Also, surviving are her pets; Buddy the Parrot; and Bailey and Lyla her dogs.
All services will be private and will be held at the convenience of the family. Following the private services burial will take place in the Sand Hill Cemetery.
The Tennant Funeral Home in Hundred is in charge of arrangements.
